Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are only eligible for 2-Day or Next Day shipping.
We do not offer Saturday, Sunday, or holiday delivery.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed Monday-Thursday will be shipped the same day or the day after. Orders placed Friday after 12pm PST or over the weekend will be shipped on Monday. Orders placed on a federal holiday will be shipped the following business day. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has shipped.
If you refuse delivery of any order placed at shop.westonwear.com, the package will be returned to our warehouse. You will receive a refund for the merchandise and any tax paid, but shipping charges will not be refunded.
How do I track my order?
Once an order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail that will contain your tracking information. You may check the status of the shipment at any time by logging on to ups.com and entering the tracking number.
Do you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
WestonWear.com is unable to ship orders to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Do you ship internationally?
No. At this time WestonWear.com only ships domestically within the United States.
If I send my package as a gift, will the recipient receive the invoice?
Yes. If you would like us to remove the invoice from the package, please send an e-mail to customercare@westonwear.com immediately after placing your order.

What is your return/exchange policy?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order to our warehouse for a full refund of the item cost within 30 days of the ship date (the date we send the shipment confirmation e-mail). All items must be unwashed, unworn, unused, and in their original condition with receipt and tags attached. Store credit—not a refund—will be issued for Items returned more than 30 days from the ship date.
To exchange: Please return your item within 30 days of purchase for a refund then place a new order online. Due to the select, limited nature of our merchandise at shop.westonwear.com, we regret that availability of merchandise for exchanges cannot be guaranteed.
We only accept returns for merchandise purchased through this website. WestonWear.com will not accept returns that were purchased at the Weston Wear Store or other retailers.
Where do I ship my return or exchange?

Pack and seal your box securely. If possible, use the original packaging.
Packages must be returned prepaid; we do not accept COD shipments. We recommend that you ship the item(s) through a traceable and insured shipping method. We are not responsible for any lost packages that are not received at our warehouse.No returns will be accepted at the Weston Wear Store.
When will my credit card be refunded?
Once your return/exchange has been received at our warehouse, it will be processed within seven business days. If a refund is due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment. Refunds are given for the item price on the original receipt and any applicable taxes. Shipping charges are not refundable.
You will receive an e-mail confirmation once this transaction has taken place. Please note that your financial institution may require additional days to process and post the transaction to your account once it has received the refund request from shop.westonwear.com.

Can I e-mail customer service?
Yes. If you are looking for a specific item or size, or if you are looking for a Weston Wear item that is not listed for sale on this website, please contact customercare@westonwear.com. We will do our best to help.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! Our virtual gift card may be purchased in $50, $75, $100, $150, $200, $350, and $500 increments and are sent via e-mail to any individual with a valid e-mail address. Gift cards are only redeemable at shop.westonwear.com.
Will my credit card be charged immediately?
No. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped.
How do I modify or cancel an order?
Please contact Customer Care by e-mail at customercare@westonwear.com to find out if it is possible to modify or cancel an existing order. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. Please keep in mind, however, that our processes are designed to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. As a result, once an order is finalized we are unable to make any modifications including cancellation.
Are purchases on this website really tax free?
WestonWear.com currently only charges sales tax for items delivered to California.

For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel order that does not meet these criteria. We are not responsible for typographical errors.
